VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Studio Ten Ministries is providing women and impoverished families with life changing business opportunities.

In our workshop handcrafted products are designed and produced from locally available materials. Our crafters specialize in:

• Handmade Jewelry and Accessories
• Crafted Lokta Paper
• Knitted Bags

Many of the crafters are widows and single moms who otherwise have no “dignified” way to make a living. We provide training and oversight as the ladies grow in their skills. We make sure that they have a safe, comfortable work environment. Our crafters receive payment for each item that they produce. Payment is based on the time that it takes to craft each piece.

Completed products are sold through a growing wholesale network and through volunteer run home parties. All of the wholesale proceeds and the retail profits from volunteer sales return to help fund care for the needs of the children, elderly and disabled in residential care.
